DESCRIPTION:\nJoin us for our Spring Dinner at The Potting Shed; a five course meal, celebrating all Birch Farm and beautiful North Devon has to offer this time of year.\n\n\n\nThe Birch Farm gardens will be alive with new growth and life! We are inviting everyone to the farm before dinner for a welcome drink and tour.\n\n\n\nThen it is over to our amazing kitchen team, led by Head Chef Toby Neal, to showcase all of those beautiful ingredients coming from our 150 acre farm. The menu will feature;\n\n\n\n\nHeritage Grain Sourdough & House Cultured Butters\n\n\n\nBirch Farm Hogget and late spring vegetables\n\n\n\nClovelly Mackerel with tomato and fennel\n\n\n\nCreedy Carver Chicken, Chanterelles & smoked eel\n\n\n\nPineapple Weed Ice Cream, woodruff and sweet cicely\n\n\n\nBaked Tunworth Cheesecake with wild strawberry and lemon verbena\n\n\n\n\nThere are only 16 seats available at this exclusive evening. £100pp, which will include a the five course dinner, welcome drink and canapes. A wine pairing flight will be available on the night. Arrival at 5:30pm for farm tour and welcome drinks, dinner seating at 6:30pm.\n\n\n\nPlease bring warm layers, as the weather is unpredictable, and shoes appropriate for walking the uneven farm paths\n\n\n\nWe are offering a 20% discount on any of our rooms or cottages if you are joining us for the event, so come stay the night too!
