AYear at Birch Farm is a new series of seasonal suppers at The Collective at Woolsery’s beautiful space; THE POTTING SHED. We will launch our first Winter Supper on Thursday, January 30th, 2025, alongside our friends at Food Lifestyle magazine.
By day the Potting Shed is where is the gardeners follow our natural farming ethos and start plants from our own seed, mix soil, pickle and preserve and ready the harvest for The Farmers Arms and J Andrew Shop. But by night it turns into an intimate event space, where community can come together and enjoy the labours of the season.
Four suppers will be hosted at The Potting Shed in 2025. The first evening will feature wine pairings curated by Food Lifestyle’s own wine guru Jane Rakison. Head Gardener Josh Sparkes and Head Chef Toby Neal will attend each event to introduce the ingredients and courses.
There are only 18 seats available at this exclusive evening.

- Preserved Birch Farm vegetables
