Check-in and check-out times
Check in time is after 3pm and check out time is 11am.
Booking policy
We require card details at the time of booking. To make a reservation we require 50% of the booking total at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of the booking fee will be charged seven days prior to the arrival date in line with our cancellation terms.
Room occupancy and extra guests
Please be aware that all of our double rooms are reserved for single or double occupancy only. Due to safety implications and housekeeping requirements any guest found to be in breach of this double or single occupancy rule will be subject to an extra fee upon check out.
Children
Children are welcome in any of our Cottages, included as an occupant if over 2 years of age, but can not be accommodated in the Shop Suites or Rooms.
Cots are available with pre-arrangement.
Minimum night stays
We often operate a two-night minimum stay on Friday and Saturday nights, and Bank Holidays. We are sometimes able to make exceptions for last-minute availability – to enquire please contact our reservations team.
Cancellation policy
When booking direct we offer a seven-day cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel at least seven days prior to your arrival date, by 3pm, your card will not be charged the remaining 50% balance and your 50% deposit will be refunded in full. Please note, refunds can take up to ten days to appear in your account.
If the booking is cancelled within the seven-day cancellation period the total reservation amount will be fully charged.
For bookings made via a third party the guest will need to enquire directly with the travel agent regarding their refund.
Pet policy
Dogs are welcome in The Farmers Arms bar area and in the Cottages, but can not be acccommodated in the Shop Suites or Rooms. Please note, there is a surcharge of £15 per dog, per night. We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage done to your room during their stay. Dogs must be kept on a lead and cannot be left in rooms unattended. If an animal is found to have caused damage, is disturbing other guests or is left unattended we reserve the right to remove you from the premises without refund.
Group policy
For the comfort of our other guests we ask that we are made aware at the time of booking of any parties travelling together, and we may refuse any booking if we feel it may compromise the enjoyment of our other guests. If you book a group of two or more rooms without notifying us prior to the booking we reserve the right to refuse the booking upon arrival.
No smoking policy
The Collective at Woolsery is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in any of our buildings. Should it be brought to our attention that smoking has taken place, a cleaning fee of £100 will be payable.
Lost property
We are more than happy to post any lost items subject to the cost of postage. Due to the high volume of lost property, we reserve the right to donate to charity or dispose of lost property if it is unclaimed two weeks from the stay date.
Damages
We reserve the right to charge your credit or debit card for any damage done to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost and are non-transferable. Please quote the gift voucher ID reference when reserving your room. Valid for 12 months – for full terms and conditions see Gift Vouchers.
Privacy policy
We collect data about how our site is searched to enable us to understand and respond to the needs of our users. This data does not contain personally identifiable information. You can visit our site without identifying yourself or disclosing any personal information. You can view our Privacy Policy here.
If you do sign up for our mailing list, your data will not be disclosed to any company outside of The Collective at Woolsery and we will only contact you about The Collective at Woolsery and our other ventures.

Although these works may be freely accessible on the World Wide Web and may not include any statement about copyright, the works are nevertheless protected by copyright. Users must assume that works are protected by copyright until they learn otherwise.

Credit card details are entered on a secured page and are transferred using SSL to our payment provider.
