Hillside is a well appointed holiday cottage, ideal for families or friends looking for somewhere special to stay in rural North Devon.

Woolsery is a great base to explore the North Devon Countryside. Clovelly, with it’s world famous cobbled streets and donkeys is a stone’s throw away, with the picturesque towns of Bideford, Barnstaple and Bude also close by.

Once owned by Birch Family relatives, Hillside cottage underwent a full renovation in 2017. Thoughtful design and the addition of modern facilities have breathed new life into the period property and the classic cottage now feels fresh and contemporary.

An extension facilitated the inclusion of a new kitchen and dining area, which also resulted in the original well being brought indoors. Now you can walk right over it as a glass-topped feature. A modern wall of glass slides back so that, on sunny days, the large back garden becomes an integral part of the living space.
