A Year at Birch Farm is our series of supper clubs in 2025, featuring Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn, on Thursday evenings at The Potting Shed.

This magical feasting wonderland takes place at the epicentre of our regenerative farm as each evening will reflect the season’s very best produce. 

Our Head Gardener Josh Sparkes (pictured) and Head Chef Toby Neal (pictured) will be with us, to introduce the ingredients and courses respectively.

We’re thrilled to collaborate with Food Lifestyle magazine on our very first evening – The Winter Supper – taking place on January 30, when wine pairings will be curated and presented by Food Lifestyle‘s wine guru Jane Rakison (pictured). 

The evening includes:

• A sparkling cocktail with canapes
• A three-course meal
• Accompanying wines
