Charlie Heath

Charlie’s role as Guest Services Manager role involves looking after everything and anything to do with our accommodation – from guests to housekeeping and maintenance.

Her ethos is ensuring guests have the best possible experience, and Charlie says: ‘It’s so rewarding to see their reactions to our properties. I love hearing about their time with us.’

Best bit of the job? ‘Watching the business evolve into The Collective that we are today. Since joining the company in 2022, I’ve seen the refit of J Andrew Shop, the ongoing restoration of Wulfheard Manor, the completion of The Potting Shed events and private dining venue on the farm and, of course, the set up of our accommodation. I also really enjoyed being involved in the creation of our ‘signature scent’ line of bath salts, soaps and candles for our guests to enjoy.’

Why does she think people visit The Collective? ‘It’s the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of normal life. We’re surrounded by beautiful woodland and coastal walks and have log burners in the properties, and great food and drink. What more could one ask for?’
