As Operations Manager, very little doesn’t cross Kaylea’s desk. She is closely involved in the day to day running of the businesses, leading on HR and Health & Safety, and working alongside the Heads of Department to keep performance strong and standards high.
The Collective is a complex operation behind the scenes, multiple businesses, constant movement, and plenty of moving parts. It demands clarity, organisation, and decisiveness. That’s what Kaylea enjoys most: bringing structure to the chaos and making sure everything runs as it should.
Having been there almost from the start, Kaylea has had the opportunity to help shape how the organisation operates and who it has become. It’s been a rewarding process challenging, fast-paced, and never static. There is always something to solve, improve, or refine, and that’s exactly how she likes it.
