With over a decade of experience in hospitality (and a creative streak on the side), Kayleigh has built her career around bringing people together over good food, great wine, and proper coffee. Her experience spans managing a Michelin recognised restaurant, opening a wine bar, and running cafés giving her a well rounded view of the industry.
She’s especially drawn to thoughtful, quality led hospitality, with a focus on strong teams, close relationships with suppliers, and creating spaces where people feel genuinely looked after. Sustainability and seasonality are central to her approach, and she enjoys being part of places that care about doing things the right way.
