Breakfast at Woolsery

Breakfast like a queen and feast from a basket of treats which have been delivered to the door

Breakfast at Woolsery is worth getting up for, but feel free to stay in your jim jams to scoff dishes like whisky and honey porridge with smoked cashew and blackcurrant, and homemade sourdough crumpets with cultured house butter. Plus a Bloody Mary? Yes bloody please.

When you stay at one of the cottages, suites or rooms at The Collective, we’ll deliver a breakfast basket of items to your door. Just let us know what you’d like and when (baskets delivered between 7.30-9.30am).

Mains

Whisky and honey porridge with sunflower seeds, smoked cashew and
blackcurrant

Stuffed portobello mushroom with poached egg, sourdough toast and
penny bun mushroom ketchup, topped with cashews

Birch Farm black hog’s pudding. Casserole of two Birch
Farm eggs and smokey bacon beans with quince brown sauce

Sides

Sourdough crumpets with cultured house butter

Dog rose honey and pistachio bun

Sweet clover and vanilla yogurt with strawberry and toasted sunflower
seeds

Potato cake with thyme, cultured butter and smoked dulse

Wilted Birch Farm greens with garlic cream or lemon geranium
vinaigrette (vegan)

Two Birch Farms eggs – scrambled, poached, boiled or fried

Juices

Apple, fig and mint

Elderflower cordial

Bloody Mary or Mimosa (additional £5.50)

£15 per person for a main, side and a juice. Coffee and tea available in the room.
