His experience at some of the South West’s most respected dining destinations (including The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow and The Jack in the Green near Exeter) has equipped him with the skills to keep calm and carry on.

As well as managing front of house at The Farmers Arms and Woolsery Fish & Chips, Harry curates the drinks menus for both venues and is known for his excellent recommendations – ask him for his pick of the wine list.
